Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the agricultural and perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only in specific cases:

  • Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • Product received damaged, wilted, or compromised in transit
  • Missing items from the order
  • Shipment confirmed lost in transit
Important: Return requests for live plants and seeds must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product, label, and any damage.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Poor germination, plant loss, or crop failure after delivery
  • Opened or used products that are not damaged/incorrect
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Orders older than 48 hours from delivery date for live plants/seeds

3. How to Request a Return

  • Visit Track & Support on our website
  • Enter your order ID and registered email
  • Describe the issue with supporting photos
  • Our team reviews within 2–3 business days

4. Refund Process

  • Prepaid: Refund to original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • COD: Refund via NEFT/UPI within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

5. Replacement

Subject to stock, we may offer a replacement of the same product. If unavailable, a refund is issued.
