Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship nursery products across India to pin codes serviceable by our courier partners, subject to weather, stock, and regional logistics.

2. Shipping Charges

Prepaid orders (UPI/card/net banking) include free shipping. Cash on Delivery orders include a ₹50 shipping/handling charge per order, applied at checkout.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
Dispatch depends on stock availability and product readiness.
Tracking details are emailed after dispatch.

4. Delivery Timelines

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2/3 cities: 5–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–12 business days

Timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather, and seasonal demand.

5. Packaging

Products are packed with care using moisture-resistant and protective packaging. Live plants receive additional protective wrapping where required.

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier will attempt re-delivery. If undeliverable, the parcel returns to us and we'll arrange re-shipment or refund.
