Headstart is quick to mature at 60-70 days from transplant. The bright green, round/slightly flattened heads are compact and heavy. The small to medium sized Copenhagen-Market type heads are best used fresh for slaw, sauerkraut, or slow cooking. Suitable for kitchen gardens, nursery use, grow bags and farm cultivation as per local season and climate.
